A Special Session for Non-Entitlement Units
As we move into the next phase of the ARPA Community Capacity Building Pilot Program, ARC and EPA would like to thank you for your feedback and engagement with our webinar series and resources such as the Community Capacity Building Hub. We have used your insights to shape the next phase of programming.
We are hosting several learning exchanges that will engage smaller groups in peer discussions on key topics and issues that you have highlighted as important via past surveys. Registration will be limited to 30 attendees to ensure active participation and the development of deep connections. We encourage you to sign up early!
Learning exchanges will include a very brief presentation, and the remaining time will be dedicated to a facilitated discussion among participants. This is an opportunity to learn from and connect with your peers.

Towns, Villages, Municipalities – Oh My!

Non-entitlement units (NEUs) face unique challenges in utilizing the Local Fiscal Recovery Funds for economic transformation. Are you a town, village or municipality financing projects with the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund? Join us for an open forum discussion to share ideas, challenges, and your own “tricks of the trade” for how to manage these funds and support catalytic projects. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to network and develop relationships with other Appalachian communities engaging in similar work.
